What happens when the 3 free days end?
Tendia issues the first monthly fee and lets you know by email and WhatsApp. Pay by Pix or card and everything keeps running. If you do not pay, service simply pauses: no surprise charges, no debt piling up.
Do I need to add a card to try it?
No. Sign-up only asks for your business details and WhatsApp number. Pix or card come in at the end of the trial, if you want to continue.
Does the price change with the number of conversations or orders?
The monthly fee is fixed per plan. What changes between plans is the set of features and how many WhatsApp numbers you can connect.
I started on Essencial and want to upgrade. How does it work?
From your own panel, right away: you pay only the proportional difference for the month and the new features unlock next. Downgrades take effect in the following cycle.
Is there a penalty or lock-in if I cancel?
No. Cancel whenever you want, with no fee and no retention call. Access continues until the end of the month already paid.
How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
Essencial and Profissional serve 1 number. Premium serves up to 3, such as head office and branches or delivery and counter, all in the same panel.
